أفاد الرئيس المدير العام لشركة اللحوم طارق بن جازية أنّ تواصل ارتفاع أسعار اللحوم الحمراء مرّده الضغوطات الكبيرة التي تشهدها المنظومة في حدّ ذاتها، مشيرا الى أن إرتفاع التكلفة على مستوى الانتاج وغلاء اسعار الأعلاف، نسق فشل في مسايرته مربو الابقار والخرفان.
عزوف عن تربية الأغنام
وأشار بن جازية في تصريح لـ “افريكان مانجر” الاربعاء 20 أفريل 2022 الى ان نقص القطيع من اسباب ارتفاع الاسعار التي بلغت اليوم الـ 30 دينارا، مؤكدا ان نسبة هامة من الفلاحين باتت اليوم ترفض تربية الماشية مما ادى الى تراجع أعداد رؤوس الابقار والاغنام.
وأكد أن تداول الحديث عن امكانية تجاوز الاسعار مستوى 35 دينارا للكلغ الواحد دفعت بالعديد من “الجزارة” إلى الترفيع في الاسعار.
عرض تجاري جديد
وفي خطوة جديدة منها لتعديل الاسعار في السوق ، قال المدير العام إنّ الشركة تعتزم إطلاق عرض تجاري جديد بمناسبة ليلة الـ 27 من رمضان بعرض سعر الكلغ الواحد من لحم الضأن المحلي (علوش) بمبلغ 25 دينارا فقط.
ويعكس العرض التجاري الجديد دور شركة اللحوم كمؤسسة عمومية لها دور تعديلي في مجال اللحوم الحمراء في تونس سيما وأنها قامت منذ سنة 2021 بنفس العملية التجارية الترويجية للحوم الحمراء بأسعار تفاضلية القت استحسان التونسيين ومساهمة منها في الضغط على الأسعار واقتراح منتوجات في مقرها بأثمان مناسبة وتراعي القدرة الشرائية للمواطنين، بحسب تصريح طارق بن جازية.
وفي سياق متصل، ذكر المصدر ذاته ان الشركة ارتأت هذه السنة عدم توريد اللحوم الحمراء وعولت على السوق المحلية لتوفير حاجياتها، لافتا الى ان العرض التجاري الذي قُدم منتصف شهر رمضان شهد اقبالا كبيرا وتم خلاله ترويج نحو 3 أطنان من اللحوم.
تراجع استهلاك اللحوم الحمراء
ولفت الى تراجع معدل استهلاك التونسي من اللحوم الحمراء إلى 9 كلغ سنويا، مشيرا الى ان هذا الرقم ضعيف جدا.
ووفق ارقام صادرة عن الغرفة الوطنية للقصّابين فان 30% فقط من التونسيين استهلكوا اللحوم الحمراء منذ انطلاق شهر رمضان.
وقد كان استهلاك التونسي سنة 2020 في حدود 70%، ليبلغ في 2021 نحو55% لكن هذه السنة تراجع إلى 30%.
